H3 is model-agnostic. Configure any agent with Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4 (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), or any provider that exposes a compatible API. Each agent in a conversation can use a different model.
Yes. H3 is designed for self-hosting. It runs on PostgreSQL, Redis, and Neo4j — infrastructure you likely already operate. The entire platform runs as a single Node.js process with PM2 for process management.
Integrations are defined with our SDK using defineIntegration(). Each integration exports tools, webhooks, pollers, and graph vertices. Credentials are resolved per-instance at call time, so you can connect multiple GitHub orgs or Slack workspaces simultaneously.
H3's hypergraph is a Neo4j-backed knowledge store where agents persist observations, entities, and relationships. It supports vector similarity search with embeddings, so agents can retrieve contextually relevant information across conversations. Think of it as shared long-term memory for your entire agent fleet.
Absolutely. H3's tool middleware chain includes a permission and approval layer. You can require human-in-the-loop approval for any tool — an agent will pause, notify you, and wait for your decision before executing. Rate limiting and circuit breakers add additional safety layers.
